Damon is design director with an extraordinary ability to design large-scale visual systems from concept through execution across every medium. He is equally fluent in print and digital design, was the lead designer on the global rebrand work for Boeing and has been working on the Boeing account for the past seven years. In addition, he serves as the design lead for Qualcomm, Clearwater Paper and Gap. He blends 15 years of design experience with strong analytical skills—a powerhouse combination that is reflected in everything he undertakes.
An inspiring team leader and mentor, Damon works and plays well with others. His patient demeanor and ability to communicate clearly while listening to others’ points of view make him a great collaborator and role model. Through the years he has demonstrated that he can tackle anything, no matter how complex or challenging, and come up with the right solution.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Washington, Damon moved quickly into graphic design. Prior to Methodologie, he worked as a designer at RocketDog Communications, Saltmine and Gable Design Group. He finds inspiration in laser light shows, distortion pedals and road trips, and loves to cook, garden and camp.
