As chief strategy officer at Methodologie, Leslie brings more than 20 years of experience in creating and implementing business, brand and market strategy. She loves a “good knot to unravel” and enjoys rolling up her sleeves, looking at a new challenge and figuring out how to solve it. As well as being GRI certified to G4 standards, Leslie delivers significant results for organizations ranging from start-ups to multinationals by understanding the critical factors in a given situation and designing a coordinated and focused course of action. She has led executive teams, strategic initiatives and complex marketing programs to best position offerings in the market space for launch, optimal growth or long-term vision.
Leslie’s background includes marketing, advertising, communications and market research, and she has served as a leader in developing a strategy practice that includes customer experience research, competitive analysis, and market positioning and brand development. She instinctively understands the nuances of interaction that occur between brands and customers, and how customers are ultimately in control of brands.
Leslie is active in the community as the Design for Good Director at AIGA Seattle. She also supports FareStart, a socially conscious organization that empowers people to transform their lives while serving over 5 million meals to disadvantaged men, women and children.
